Our Tier 3 aligned facility offers a premium managed environment designed for immediate deployment and same day setup. Spanning a 9900 sq. ft. fully equipped data hall, the site supports high density colocation ranging from single servers to multiple rack solutions. The infrastructure is built for high performance, featuring hot aisle containment and N+1 chilled water cooling to ensure thermal stability for intensive workloads. With solid floor construction and a focus on scalability, the facility includes dedicated service rooms for maintenance, as well as on site amenities such as a conference room, breakroom, and office space to support client operations.

The facility guarantees 100 percent network and power uptime through a financially backed SLA, ensuring mission critical reliability. Connectivity is robust, featuring full fiber delivered to every rack with Openreach on net availability and access to peering networks. To maintain performance integrity, the network includes built in DDoS protection. The data center is strategically positioned minutes from Beeston Train Station and the M1, providing easy access and ample on site parking for visiting technical teams.

Operating with a commitment to excellence and sustainability, the facility is certified to ISO 27001 for information security and ISO 9001 for quality management. It operates with a carbon neutral commitment, utilizing 100 percent renewable energy backed by REGO certification. The Tier 3 design ensures a high level of redundancy and fault tolerance across all critical systems, providing a stable foundation for enterprise grade hosting.

This retrofitted sole tenant building offers 920 sq. m. of total plot size across two floors, with expandable whitespace to accommodate growth. Clients can choose from shared rack space, partial cabinets, or full cabinets depending on their specific needs. Each rack is equipped with A and B diverse power feeds, supporting high density requirements of up to 22 kW per rack. The facility is optimized for ultra efficient operation, maintaining a Power Usage Effectiveness of approximately 1.15.

At the heart of the operation is a 1 MW total power capacity, which is expandable as demand increases. The power strategy relies on N+1 Riello UPS systems and backup diesel generators with extended runtimes to prevent service interruption. The cooling architecture is equally resilient, employing an N+1 chilled water system. Billing is transparent and flexible, utilizing metered power so clients only pay for what they use as they scale.

Security is managed through a multi layer physical defense strategy, including a fenced perimeter, mantrap entry, extensive CCTV surveillance, and restricted access controls. For fire safety, the data hall uses an environmentally friendly IG 451 clean agent fire suppression system. On site support is available 24 hours a day, with expert engineers providing Remote Hands and KVM access. This constant human presence ensures that any hardware or connectivity issues are addressed immediately, day or night.
