Netdirekt was established in May 2009 through the merger of TeknoAS and Hostcini. Its primary goal is to provide customers with uninterrupted service (zero downtime), easy management, and the ability to focus on their core business by taking over the need for professional hosting. The datacenter is located in Izmir, Turkey, and became operational in 2013 as a retrofitted facility.
Power and Infrastructure
The datacenter is built for significant capacity, featuring a Fully Built-Out Power of 1 MW (megawatt). It offers a variety of hosting footprints, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites. To ensure continuous operation, the UPS Redundancy is maintained at N+2, and the Standby Power Redundancy is rated at N+1.
Cooling and Redundancy
The facility is classified as a Tier 2 datacenter, with both the design and certification confirmed at this level. To maintain optimal operating temperatures and availability, the Cooling Redundancy is set at N+1.
Sustainability and Certifications
Netdirekt adheres to industry standards, holding an ISO27001 Certified status for information security management. It is also DSS PCI Compliant, meeting the necessary security standards for processing cardholder data.
Security and Safety
Security is a priority with onsite security staff available 24/7. For fire suppression, the datacenter uses FM200 fire suppression systems, which is an automatic fire suppression system designed to protect sensitive equipment.
Connectivity
The facility is designed to support various connection needs, including a dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR) for seamless interconnection services.
Additional Features
The datacenter has a Fully Built-Out Whitespace of 1,250 sq.m. and offers Remote Hands service for physical assistance with equipment. The facility allows for Roof Access as well.
