The building is designed to be expandable, and offers essential on-site resources like a Meet-Me-Room (MMR), conference room, breakroom, office space, loading bay, crash carts, loaner tools, and WiFi.
Services Offered
The data center offers a range of colocation services to meet varying business needs, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and Cages. Additional on-demand services are provided through Remote Hands for technical assistance. It is designed to support a maximum power density of 8 kW per rack and 6 kW/sq.m per area.
Power and Cooling Infrastructure
The facility boasts a low PUE of 1.55, indicating high efficiency. Power redundancy is a core feature, with 2N+2 UPS Redundancy provided by fully redundant dual (A+B) and fully modular UPS arrays. Standby power has 2N redundancy and is supported by dual utility substations and dual MV/LV transformers, each backed up by power generators with DC continuous rating. Cooling employs N+1 redundancy using STULZ Cyber Air DX units, complemented by Cold Aisle Containment and Underfloor Air Distribution to maintain optimal environmental conditions.

The GOSB Kule Data Center is a Tier 3 design and is compliant with DSS PCI standards and ISO 14001 certified.
Security and Staffing
Physical security is robust, featuring a fenced perimeter, Mantrap Entry, CCTV surveillance, and Card Access Control. Fire safety is ensured by Automatic Firesuppression using a NOVEC 1230 & VESDA system. The facility maintains high operational continuity with onsite security staff 24/7 and onsite technical staff 24/7.
