The four-floor building, occupying a 2,000 sq.m. total area on a 1,000 sq.m. total plot size, features a Mixed Floor Type with a high Max Floor Load of 1,500 kg/sq.m. and a Floor to Ceiling Height of 4000 cm. Amenities for clients and staff include a Conference Room, Breakroom, Office Space, Loading Bay, Crash Cart(s), Loaner Tools, WiFi, and Parking Available.
Space and Configurations
The facility provides a Fully Built-Out Whitespace of 1,000 sq.m., which is expandable, with a maximum power density of 5 kW per rack and 7 kW/sq.m. of area. Power is provisioned for a Fully Built-Out Power of 1 MW.
Design and Operations
The facility operates on a Tier 2 design with high redundancy across critical systems: UPS Redundancy is N+1 using Socomec equipment; Cooling Redundancy is N+2 using Emerson equipment; and Standby Power Redundancy is N+1 also using Socomec. The construction is a Retrofitted Type, and Roof Access is provided.
Security and Support
Security is paramount, featuring a Fenced Perimeter, Mantrap Entry, CCTV surveillance, Card Access Control, and Onsite Security Staff available 24/7. Fire suppression includes Automatic Firesupression using an FM200 system. Comprehensive technical assistance is ensured with Onsite Technical Staff available 24/7.
