The facility is engineered to support high performance computing environments offering rack densities of up to 22 kW. It provides a fully built electrical capacity of 6 MW backed by a resilient 13.6 kV dual grid connection configured in a 2N architecture. To guarantee uninterrupted operations the power infrastructure includes 2N UPS redundancy combined with N plus 1 generator redundancy ensuring continuous availability even during external power disruptions.

NorthC offers 3,500 square meters of total whitespace and follows Tier 3 design standards to ensure reliability and maintainability. A wide range of flexible colocation solutions is available including full and partial cabinets shared rackspace secure cages private suites and fully customized footprints. Operational efficiency is reflected in a low Power Usage Effectiveness of 1.24 supported by eight peering networks and a diverse ecosystem of colocation tenants.

To maintain optimal operating conditions for IT equipment the data center uses a chilled water cooling system enhanced by redundant free cooling through cooling towers. The cooling infrastructure is designed with N plus 1 redundancy allowing stable temperature control even during maintenance activities or component failures while also improving overall energy efficiency.

Security is implemented through a comprehensive multi layered model consisting of five distinct security zones. The facility is monitored around the clock by CCTV systems and on site security staff with access managed via biometric authentication. Fire protection is ensured through early fire detection systems and a nitrogen based suppression solution which effectively extinguishes fires without harming sensitive electronic equipment.

NorthC delivers 24 7 Remote Hands services to support activities such as patching hardware installation equipment removal and migration planning. Clients can easily submit and manage service requests through a dedicated self service portal. Additional services include logistical support for goods reception and storage as well as continuous monitoring to enable early incident detection and rapid response.
