GalaxyData Data Center

GalaxyData’s data center in Yekaterinburg, Russia, is designed to offer high reliability and exceptional performance. It features a fiber-optic network based on 10G technology, with a total external bandwidth of 100 Gbps supported by four independent fiber-optic cable entries. The facility uses advanced hardware, including Arista switches, Juniper main routers, and Arista aggregation switches, enabling connections up to 1.28 Tbps per rack.

The data center’s power system is robust, with 200 kW supplied from an electrical substation and backed by two independent city power lines. It also includes batteries capable of providing 60 minutes of backup at full load. For extended power outages, two generator sets with a total capacity of 16 kW and fuel tanks supporting 18 hours of operation are in place to ensure uninterrupted service.

To maintain optimal operating conditions, the facility employs two Royal Clima air conditioners with N+1 redundancy, guaranteeing continuous cooling even during maintenance or equipment failure.

Security is a top priority at GalaxyData’s data center, which is located within a fenced and guarded perimeter with 24/7 CCTV surveillance inside and outside the building. Onsite security and technical staff are available around the clock to maintain safety and provide technical assistance.

The data center offers 0.2 MW power capacity and 50 square meters of white space. It provides flexible rack options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rack space, along with remote hands services to support client needs effectively.
