LKK2 is a purpose-built facility strategically located on Ogbombo Road in Lagos. It has been engineered specifically for high operational resilience and scalability, positioning it as a key site for mission-critical deployments within Nigeria’s growing digital corridor. The infrastructure and security are designed to meet enterprise-grade standards, ensuring reliability for demanding clients.

The total building footprint of the facility is 1,260 m² (approximately 13,000 ft²), which includes 1,205 sq.m. of fully built-out whitespace. LKK2 offers highly flexible colocation options to meet diverse customer needs. These solutions range from partial cabinets and shared rackspace to full cabinets, secure cages, and dedicated suites.

The site’s infrastructure is built for continuous operation, supporting a fully built-out power capacity of 2 MW. Power systems feature N+1 UPS redundancy and N+1 standby power redundancy to guarantee uninterrupted service. Furthermore, the cooling infrastructure is designed with N+2 redundancy, providing efficient thermal control capable of supporting high-performance workloads.

LKK2 is a cloud-neutral and carrier-neutral facility. This approach provides clients with flexible and diverse connectivity options, allowing them to connect to any cloud provider or carrier without restriction. To support client operations, the facility also offers "Remote Hands" services for on-site technical assistance.

Security is enforced through a multi-layered, enterprise-grade system. The facility is protected by 24/7 onsite security staff. Access control is strictly managed using biometric scanners and card access control systems. The entire site is also monitored continuously by comprehensive CCTV surveillance.
