Housed in a 133-meter-high tower (99 meters excluding the antenna) originally built in 1960, the facility spans 37 floors. It exemplifies how older buildings can be retrofitted into cutting-edge data centers. Despite its vertical structure, each data floor offers a compact 40 m² of whitespace, totaling 380 m² usable space across the building.

The data center delivers a total power capacity of 225 kVA (0.225 MW) with per-rack capacities ranging from 1 to 20 kVA. Redundant A and B power feeds guarantee reliability, with multiple voltage options (230V, 400V, and 48V on request). Its impressive Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of under 1.2 highlights its energy efficiency, powered entirely by sustainable Dutch wind energy.

Security is paramount, featuring 24/7 CCTV monitoring, biometric access controls, and card-based authentication to restrict access exclusively to authorized personnel.

To meet diverse business requirements, the center offers various colocation services, including full and partial cabinets, shared rack space, cage footprints, and remote hands support—enabling organizations to scale their IT infrastructure as needed.

Connectivity to two major peering networks ensures robust, redundant data transmission, fulfilling the performance demands of modern enterprises.
