Data Center Infrastructure
ITI has built a Tier-III certified Data Center with 350 racks, consistently delivering an uptime of over 99.982% for the past ten years. Building on its success and strong customer feedback, the Data Center was recently expanded with an additional 1,000 racks, incorporating state-of-the-art technologies and emphasizing security for cloud-based services.
Service Portfolio
The Data Center offers an extensive range of services, including co-location with caging options, managed co-location and hosting (covering utility storage, backup, cross-connect services, and dedicated hosting), and comprehensive managed services such as antivirus, anti-spam, firewall, intrusion detection, and OS hardening. Additional offerings include system support services like database and application support, professional services for disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP), and cloud services across public, private, hybrid, and Government Community Cloud (GCC) models as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Data Center and Disaster Recovery (DC/DR) services are also provided.

The Data Center meets rigorous international standards and holds certifications such as MeitY Empaneled CSP, ANSI/TIA-942 (Rated-III), CMMi Level-3, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2011, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27017:2015, and ISO 27018:2019, ensuring high-quality service, data security, and operational excellence.
Facility Specifications
With a power capacity of 6 MW, the facility offers full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and caged areas. It supports 24/7 Remote Hands services and features a Tier 3 design and certification. The Data Center also maintains multiple ISO certifications, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27017, and ISO 27018.
Security and Monitoring
The facility ensures high-end physical and logical security through CCTV surveillance, biometric and card-based access control, and 24/7 onsite security staff. It also features an automatic fire suppression system using NOVEC 1230 to protect critical infrastructure.

Equipped with a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and served by one network provider, the Data Center supports high-speed, reliable connectivity for all hosted systems and services.
