The facility spans a total building size of 3000 square meters featuring a dedicated whitespace of 1000 square meters. With a fully built out power capacity of 3 Megawatts the data center is engineered to host up to 600 IT racks and approximately 25000 physical servers. This significant scale allows it to accommodate a wide range of client needs offering various housing options including full cabinets partial cabinets shared rackspace cages and private suites.

Sustainability is a core pillar of the NDC Roazhon design. The facility utilizes innovative cooling techniques that reduce energy consumption by at least 30 percent compared to traditional data centers. This commitment to green technology is reflected in its impressive Power Usage Effectiveness of 1.2. By prioritizing energy efficiency the center aligns with modern eco responsible standards while lowering the overall carbon footprint of the digital services it supports.

To ensure uninterrupted service the data center is built to Tier 3 standards featuring comprehensive redundancy across all critical systems. The power infrastructure including UPS and standby power operates on a 2N redundancy model while the cooling systems are configured for N plus 2 redundancy. This architecture guarantees high availability and resilience making it a dependable backbone for mission critical IT operations that require constant uptime.

Security at NDC Roazhon is handled through a rigorous multi layered approach. The perimeter is protected by a fenced boundary and monitored by CCTV surveillance and 24 7 onsite security staff. Access to the interior is strictly controlled via a mantrap entry system utilizing both biometric access control and card access protocols. These measures ensure that only authorized personnel can enter the white space providing peace of mind for organizations with high security requirements.

Unlike many providers NDC Roazhon operates on a neutral colocation hosting model.
