The facility offers robust networking capabilities, primarily featuring IP Transit and Ethernet Transport Services. As a carrier neutral environment, it provides direct access to major providers including Cogent, Orange, and Inolia. With 11 peering networks and three distinct network providers on site, the facility ensures high speed, low latency connectivity for all hosted infrastructure.

The data center comprises 400 square meters of raised floor whitespace, fully built out and currently supporting a live power load of 0.25 MW. Clients can utilize full cabinets, partial cabinets, or shared rackspace. Standard rack configurations are optimized for density, featuring 42U frames measuring 600 x 1000 mm. These racks are supported by flexible power options, including either a 1x16 amp AC 230V circuit or a 1x32 amp DC 48V circuit.

Reliability is maintained through a complex array of Benning UPS modules. For AC 230V requirements, the facility utilizes two 40 kVA modules and five 20 kVA modules. DC 48V needs are met by six 10.8 kVA modules supported by a dedicated battery room containing two strings of batteries. This tiered power architecture ensures that critical loads remain stable and protected against fluctuations or utility failures.

To guarantee 100 percent uptime during extended outages, the site is equipped with an AUSONIA 400 KW diesel generator featuring an automatic transfer switch. This system is supported by a 3,000 liter diesel tank. Thermal management is handled by four HIROSS HVAC units, each providing 40 kW of cooling capacity, ensuring the environment stays within optimal temperature and humidity ranges for high performance hardware.

Security is managed 24 7 365 through a combination of physical and digital layers. Access is strictly controlled via card readers and a NOC intercom system, allowing for round the clock entry for authorized personnel. The facility is under constant surveillance, with cameras at the main entrance and within the colocation room. All feeds are monitored and recorded by the Cogent Network Operations Center to ensure total site integrity.

The facility is outfitted with a comprehensive fire protection system that includes heat detectors, smoke heads, and a pre action sprinkler system using Inergen tanks for waterless suppression. Beyond infrastructure, the data center offers Remote Hands services, allowing tenants to leverage on site technicians for emergency assistance or routine maintenance. Currently, the ecosystem includes two tenants who also offer specialized colocation services within the whitespace.
